Kick Attire takes care of its customers.  Here's how:

1.  If you have a problem with a garment, please tell us.  We want our clothes to be the best ones in your closet.  We take your recommendations seriously.

2.  Privacy - Kick Attire does not give our clients' information to anyone .  We do not use cookies and do not provide any information to outside sources.  However, we cannot control the use of cookies or other tracking that our hosting service or an internet service provider might use.

4.  Refunds - Please note that Kick Attire will refund your purchase if the returned item is received within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date and has all tags still attached.  It must be in new, unworn condition.  A 20% restocking fee will be charged and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

5.  Shipping - Shipping is done through the U.S. Postal Service by Priority Mail.  We pack and ship your order within 48 hours.  You are sent an e-mail with your tracking number.  If this shipping method does not meet your deadline, please e-mail us and we will try to meet your needs.

RETURNS

Kick Attire offers returns only on items that are new and still have their tags attached in the manner in which they were originally mailed.  There is a 20% restocking fee and the customer must bear shipping costs.
